THUMPER EXTREME 120AH AGM BATTERY
This heavy duty AGM battery is the perfect option for the use in Caravans, Motor homes, Camper trailers or even as a second under bonnet battery.
The Redback Extreme takes the technology of an AGM battery to a whole new level! Built with heavier internal lead plates, this battery is designed for continual discharge for heavy draw appliances. Its bonded element design allows for strength against corrugated or rough terrain, making it vibration resistant and the perfect choice for an off – road battery!
Whilst the Redback Extreme is not designed as a primary cranking battery (like the Thumper Redback hybrid), it does still hold the capacity to start up to a 10Lt diesel engine. The Extreme is designed as a secondary battery rather than a primary starting battery. The perfect combination for an under bonnet dual battery system would encompass the Thumper Redback (either 100 Ah or 120 Ah) as the starter battery and the Redback Extreme (either 100 Ah or 120 Ah) as the secondary battery.
Due to design of the heavier internal plates within the Extreme battery, it allows for rapid discharge and recharge of heavy draw appliances to be continually used.
Due to the internal characteristics of the battery, the Redback Extreme will allow for longer life over that of a standard AGM battery.

LOOM KIT
This cable is designed to allow you to fit your own Anderson connector from your battery.
- Simply mount the Anderson connector (for example on the rear of the vehicle / or on the front of the Caravan A-frame).
- Feed the cable length back to the battery location
- Connect your negative (black wire) directly to the negative of the battery
- Fit the Circuit breaker (provided) in line of the positive (red cable), as close the battery location as possible.
The circuit breaker will act to protect the line (similar to a fuse). If there is a fault on the line, the circuit breaker will 'trip' until the fault has been remedied. It will 'automatically reset' itself once the fault is no longer present.

THUMPER BATTERY BOX TRAY
The set up comes equipped with 4 x steel 'hold down rods' and locking nuts, which perfectly secure through the side handles of the Thumper box.
As the Thumper box is designed with the 'Quick connect' lid to secure the lid to the battery base, this tray now offers a secure way to fasten your battery base to the vehicle with complete safety in mind.
This introduction to the range allows for a complete set up, which remains easy to remove if and when the need arises.
